Please note we deliver to the address provided, if you accidentally put in an incorrect address it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know.
If it is an apartment or unit we must know the number, otherwise we will be unable to complete the delivery and a re-delivery fee will be charged and will be re-delivered when convenient for our team.
If it is safe to do so we will leave deliveries in a safe spot on the property, and contact the recipient about its whereabouts with a photo attached; Petal and Sage take no responsibility for stolen packages after delivery has been made. If it is not safe to leave and we are not able to contact the recipient or purchaser we will bring it back to the shop and you will be charged a re-delivery fee if the recipient is not able to pick them up.
Pick Up orders must be picked up between 1pm and the Close of Business on the chosen delivery date, by choosing pick up you are agreeing that you will pick up the product in that given time. If the order is not picked up during that time your order will be canceled and you will not receive a refund.
