There are few Melbourne projects quite as recognisable as The Block, so when Petal and Sage was invited to create flowers for Ronnie and Georgia’s house on The Block in Hampton, it was a very exciting project for our team.

As a Melbourne-based florist specialising in weddings, events, corporate flowers and bespoke floral installations, we love creating flowers that complement a space rather than simply filling it. Working on The Block was no different — the florals needed to work alongside the architecture, interiors and overall styling of the Hampton property while adding that finishing layer of colour, texture and personality.

The Block has become such an iconic part of Australian television, and the Hampton season brought the competition right into our own backyard.

For us, creating flowers for Ronnie and Georgia’s home was a wonderful opportunity to combine our love of Melbourne floristry, interior styling and event flowers.
